Seattle Scenes
This is from a Seattle series on Dec. 26, 2019. My brother and I headed out and about to various spots in the Emerald City to capture whatever inspired us. And there’s plenty of inspiration in Seattle. This one is all about the framing for me.
Sometimes there’s a complete story in a partial image. This is like an interview subject for me. Focus on this character up front. She tells her story to the viewer, while the routine of life happens in the background.
One of my main goals for the day was to capture my brother in his element.
Staring at your phone, life passes you by.
The infamous Seattle Gum Wall was recently cleaned.
Big brother is watching you.
Busking.
Lodi Livin’
Though it’s just a tiny fraction the size of Seattle, there is still plenty of photogenic material to find in Lodi.
Celtic Celebration
There were a lot of great opportunities for photo art at this particular Celtic Faire. My eye seemed to gravitate toward portraiture, like this young woman at the Queen’s Court living history section of the event.
